that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial

FundraisingFish.com site on purchases from online Advertisers to be
paid to your selected Cause. FundraisingFish.com's privacy
statement, below pertains to these services and the management of data
related to providing these services.
How does FundraisingFish.com use the information collected?
With your permission when you sign up,
we will
be utilizing your e-mail address to send you our newsletters and to
alert you to special opportunities and offers. We will also forward
newsletters from your Cause's Fundraising Leader to you with your
permission.
We will disclose information that we gather only in the
aggregate in order to analyze our usage and attract advertisers,
corporate sponsors or Advertiser affiliates. We will take great care and
caution to keep whatever information we gather safe.
Please note that when a Member shops at our advertisers or
with an FundraisingFish.com Advertiser, they are dealing with another company, not FundraisingFish.com. This means that they enter into a relationship
with that company / Web site separately from FundraisingFish.com.
Any information shared with that advertiser or merchant is subject to
their policies and practices, not to FundraisingFish.com's policies
or practices. Members are encouraged to read the privacy policies of our
Advertiser partners.
Are cookies used by FundraisingFish.com?
Virtually all on line Advertisers use use ‘cookies' to make visiting
websites a better, easier
experience. Consistent with this, FundraisingFish.com does use cookies
to
allow us or our vendors to recognize you when you visit FundraisingFish.com
and FundraisingFish.com Advertisers. Cookies are used by
FundraisingFish.com to match your purchases with your Member
registration and Cause so that you and your selected Cause receives the
appropriate credit. We do not share this information with others
and this information is not available to others.

How can I change my profile and/or preferences?
You may
review or update any of the personally identifiable information that
FundraisingFish.com maintains online by visiting the "Edit My
Profile," tab
which can be found at the upper left hand corner of each
FundraisingFish.com webpage. Directions will be provided on to
change your profile and/or preferences.
As a Member, you may opt out of receiving any newsletter or
correspondence at any time by following the link provided in each
newsletter, or by clicking the "Edit My Profile" tab and following
the information provided.
What if I wish to cancel my Membership?
If you wish to cancel your FundraisingFish.com Membership click

and follow the instructions explaining how to
cancel your Membership.
How will I be notified of changes to these privacy statements?
If FundraisingFish.com materially changes our practices in
handling personally identifiable information, as described in this
policy, we will notify you by posting the changes on this privacy
statement and on the FundraisingFish.com web site at least 30 days
prior to their implementation. In addition we will send e-mail to all
Member's registered e-mail address describing the change.
You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your
information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any
material changes in our privacy practices that affect user
information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent
